Victorian University’s Thrive online program provides activities to improve your health and keep you active.

This includes the great Kids Blast Program, a series of live and pre-recorded videos for the whole family to join in.

While the Virtual Team Training series offers free live workouts with a VU Sport Fitness Coach Monday-Friday and a pre-recorded Yoga session on Saturday.
