Here you can work out with these videos to help you stay fit and reach your athletic goals. Watch them in order starting with Video 1. When you can do each exercise in a video correctly, it’s time to move on to the next one. All you need to join in is: – A rug or mat – A chair, wall or sturdy object you can lean on – A water bottle – Enough space to stretch your arms out wide.
