Let’s talk about water and its many benefits, it’s not just keeping us hydrated. Drinking water will also allow you to be able to think faster, be more focused and experience greater clarity and creativity.

Have you noticed the less water you drink, the more irritable you are? Little things frustrate you, more headaches, feeling tired? That’s because your body and brain isn’t having enough water.

In other words, water provides our brains with nutrients just how vegetables provide our bodies with nutrients. This helps to ‘fuel’ the body or in water’s case ‘fuel’ the brain.

Did you know if you are feeling anxious sipping water can help?

The aim is to take small constant sips of water from a bottle or glass and focusing on the water. The consistent action and refocussing can help with easing of anxious feelings.
