Each card contains exercises and activities that can be done in local park or in the comfort of your own home. Descriptions and pictures will help you complete the exercises safely, and a range of easy to follow tips will help everyone maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
The great thing about these cards is that you aren’t limited. You can do these on your own or with friends and family. You could go to a local park and have a picnic after it or simply stay at home. The choice is yours.
