A bath can be nice and relaxing and great for your body and mind.

Soaking in a warm bath can help relieve tension in your body and can help you experience calmness. You can kick back, relax, pop a face mask on and listen to some of your favourite songs.

Last week the 18-25 crew got online together to make a whole heap of bath salts and bath fizz that can help you to relax whilst in the bath. You can get some product and make similar things at home.

We used ingredients like Epsom salts and even added some essential oils to help with relaxation.

TIP: you can dye the mixtures and layer them in the jar like we have, you can also make patterns with a skewer if you want to be that bit more creative.
