Explore more than 140, free online classes, talks and workshops!
Brought to you by the Wyndham Community and Education Centre and supported by Wyndham City, this year’s festival is going virtual, with free online sessions from local organisations and from around the world.
This year’s theme is ‘Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives’ and there are activities for all interests and ages.
Try your hand at Chinese lantern making or Brazilian drumming, take a karate class for beginners, enjoy some dance grooves from West Africa or pick up some new cooking skills in a Global Kitchen!
Glasgow University will step you through Ancient Egypt Hieroglyphs in half an hour and the Matsunaga Institute in Hawaii will be sharing stories of resilience, peace and conflict resolution.
Don’t miss this year’s signature event, WYNtalk: Finding Your Voice with Clare Bowditch on 29 November.
During this fun, confidence-boosting, empowering and interactive event, Clare will share stories from her own life; sing and answer questions
A calendar of events can be viewed on the Wyndham Learning Festival website.
